Yes, orders can be expedited. While in checkout, you'll be offered several shipping options to choose from. UPS 2-Day and UPS Next Day Air and their respective charges will be presented along with all available shipping options.
Yes, we do. When shipping to P.O. Boxes, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS Priority Mail). We ship to APO and FPO addresses and any address that has a 5 digit U.S. Postal Zip Code. Foreign orders are accepted in U.S. currency only. Add $25.00 to regular shipping orders.
Our standard ground shipping and handling charge is $15.95 per order, AWMA uses UPS Ground unless requested otherwise. We charge our wholesale customers exactly what we are charged. The cost will depend on the quantity, weight, and dimensions of the parcels. The distance traveled also will determine the charges. UPS Ground takes 1-6 business days once the package leaves our warehouse. The time of delivery is dependent on your local UPS driver. This is only to ensure the safety of your order. In the event that nobody is available at the time of delivery, UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver the package before returning it back to us, at which time we will contact you about your order.

Once an order is placed it is automatically transmitted to the warehouse for fulfillment. Although we do our best to comply with all requests, cancelation it is not always possible to stop an order from being shipped. If you wish to cancel your order we recommend that you send an email to awma@awma.com with your order number and the word "CANCEL" in the subject line. Once the order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled. You must then wait for the package to be delivered and then contact us for further instructions.
